These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a product draft describing how we intend ₿Hold and ₿Hold+ to work. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel.

What ₿Hold is

₿Hold is an educational calculator that helps you explore the opportunity cost of everyday spending using a Bitcoin Power Law model. ₿Hold+ is an optional paid subscription that adds features such as saving decisions and extended horizons.

₿Hold and ₿Hold+ are informational tools only. They do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

Eligibility and accounts

You may use ₿Hold without an account. Certain features, including ₿Hold+, require signing in through a supported identity provider (such as Google or Key-Rex). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

₿Hold+ subscription and billing

₿Hold+ is offered as a recurring subscription with two plans:

• Monthly — $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
• Annual — $39.99 per year, billed annually.

Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan) until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the applicable fee using your saved payment method on file.

Prices may change with notice where required. If a price change applies to your subscription, we will describe how it affects renewal before it takes effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel ₿Hold+ at any time through Manage ₿Hold+ in your account. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal. In general, you retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape or overload our systems, or use ₿Hold in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimers

₿Hold is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Power Law outputs are mathematical models based on historical patterns and do not guarantee future prices or returns. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of ₿Hold or ₿Hold+.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
