How to cancel

You can cancel ₿Hold+ at any time through Manage ₿Hold+ in your account (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future automatic renewal of your subscription.

After you cancel, you will generally keep access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. For example, if you cancel a monthly plan mid-cycle, access typically continues until the current month's paid period ends.

Automatic renewal

₿Hold+ subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date:

• Monthly — $4.99/month, renews each month.
• Annual — $39.99/year, renews each year.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge after cancellation), contact us promptly and we will review the charge.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend ₿Hold+ access while the dispute is resolved.
