This Privacy draft describes what ₿Hold and ₿Hold+ are intended to collect and store. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by counsel.

What we store

When you use ₿Hold with an account, we may store:

• Account information — such as your user identifier, display name, and linked sign-in methods.
• Saved decisions — calculator inputs and results you choose to save to My ₿Hold.
• Billing references — Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to manage ₿Hold+. We do not store full payment card numbers (PAN) on our servers; card data is handled by Stripe.
• Session data — cookies or tokens used to keep you signed in and to protect your account.

Sign-in providers

If you sign in with Google or Key-Rex, we receive identity information from those providers (such as a subject identifier and, where available, name or email) to create and maintain your ₿Hold account. We do not receive your Google or Key-Rex password.

How we use information

We use stored information to:

• Provide the calculator, My ₿Hold, and ₿Hold+ features you request.
• Process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

What we do not sell

We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is performed by Stripe under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and decision data while your account is active. You may request account deletion through product settings or by contacting us. Some billing records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
